Our specially formulated 4:1 Gummies contain 4 parts CBD to 1 part Delta 9 THC (D9 THC). This means that in each gummy there is 35mg of CBD and 9mg of D9 THC.
Is It Legal?
Yes! While marijuana derived Delta 9 THC is illegal, hemp derived Delta 9 THC is legal as long as the product contains less than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. Because our gummies weigh 3.5 grams each, we could technically put up to 10.5mg of Delta 9 THC into the gummies. (3.5 grams is equal to 3500 milligrams (mg) and 0.3% of that is 10.5mg)
