1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

Note: Due to the nature of CBD and consumable products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items or promotional products

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email us within 3 days of receiving the item at support@greenzoneshopla.com

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the unused item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already shipped.
